What costs money
Innago says landlords pay no subscription, setup fee, or contract charge. Its published model instead charges tenants $2 for ACH or 2.99% for card rent payments by default. Applicant-paid screening is listed at $30–$35, with optional income verification adding $10. A landlord can elect to cover certain tenant fees.
Small-portfolio fit
