RentRedi
Flat-rate paid PMS for DIY landlords—unlimited units and mobile-first operations, with tenant-paid payment and screening fees.
RentRedi is a paid property management hub for DIY landlords who want rent and day-to-day operations in one app. Every subscription includes the same feature set with unlimited properties, tenants, teammates, and connected bank accounts, so the software price does not rise with each new door.
What costs money
RentRedi costs $29.95 per month on monthly billing, an effective $20 per month when billed every six months, or an effective $12 per month when billed annually. The annual page advertises $215.40 in yearly savings. This is not a free trial: the subscription is charged at signup and covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Tenants pay $1 per ACH, bank, or eCheck payment by default. U.S. debit and credit card payments cost 3.1% plus $0.30 per transaction. Landlords can choose to absorb either fee. Tenant-paid screening costs $39.99 for credit, criminal, and eviction reports or $49.99 when Plaid income verification is included. Optional credit reporting costs $5.99 per month and can be landlord- or tenant-paid.
Small-portfolio fit
RentRedi’s flat fee becomes more compelling around three to 20 units, particularly when a landlord wants one paid operations hub without per-unit pricing. At one or two units, Innago or TurboTenant may cover enough of the workflow for free. Stessa remains the stronger accounting-first comparison.
Older RentRedi material referenced a $5-per-month Start plan, but that plan is not listed on the current public pricing page. The live page now presents one feature set with monthly, six-month, and annual billing terms.
Bottom line
A strong paid step up when free software feels fragmented or thin. The value improves as doors grow, but tenant-facing payment, screening, and credit-reporting charges still belong in the buying decision.
